Instructions for parents
Before the exam
Prepare students for the exam
  1. Everyone please stay outside of the exam hall at 2:00PM. Administrators will let you in once the exam hall arrangements are completed.
  2. It is important to prepare the students for the exam for best results. Teachers are always willing to provide their guidance.
  3. Students must have all necessary stationary items (like, pencil, sharpener, eraser, color pencils, etc.).
  4. Students should keep a water bottle with them and use the restroom as needed.
During the exam
  1. Once students finishes exam, they must remain in the exam hall until teacher dismissed them.
  2. ALL questions should be directed ONLY to the supervisor/teacher.
  3. Students should keep a water bottle with them and use the restroom as needed.
Instructions for supervisors
  1. Please ensure students and parents adhere to "During the exam" rules at all the times.
  2. You will receive the question paper from the ATA Administrator few minutes before the exam.
  3. For issues/assistance during the exam contact the flying squad who visit exam hall often during the exam time. You can also contact the Antony & Sathish.
Instructions for teachers
  1. Teachers must present exam centre at 2:00 PM
  2. For any issues/assistance during the exam contact your respective exam supervisor, Antony & Sathish.
  3. Inform Sathish once all students have completed the exam.
